Families in Crisis: Stop their payments

ABI and the Ministry for Economy and Finance signed the agreement which, in addition to activating the Tremonti bond, also provides for the suspension to pay the mortgage payments for 12 months for families hardest hit by crisis.

The protocol shows in detail that the beneficiary of the scheme is the “underwriter of mortgage for the purchase of a principal or a member of the family he lived with, who has benefited from today and until the end of 2011 of operations for the income support for the suspension of work or has suffered the loss of the first jobs of employees.

Among the beneficiaries, as well as those who remain jobless, are also included Collaboration for which the anti-crisis Decree Article 19 provides for the allocation of a lump sum.

While for workers affected by restructuring, reorganization or closures of companies for which provision is made use of the unique integrated fund or a waiver, the banks undertake to promote agreements that allow customers to access shares advance layoffs extraordinary.

STOP paying the installment, no cost to the customer is valid for one year, since the banks did commit to predict  :

- where the underwriter of the loan for the purchase of a main or a component of cohabiting household has benefited from assistance for income support for suspension from work, or has suffered the loss of his employment of employees, or is qualified for the award of one-off amount specified in Article 19, paragraph 2 , Decree Law No. 185,108

- suspension for at least 12 months, payment of installments at no cost to the customer and resulting translation of the repayment period. The suspension ends in advance if the employee is reinstated or fined a new job.
